Suggest Treatment For Headache After Sinus Infection
i am suffering from cold for past 3 days.....i went to doctor for treatment also.....now i got cured from cold and running nose...but all the cold got stored inside my head and got thick and releasing full head pain,,as if im feeling too much burden on my full head....still it is stored in my head...not fullly cured...pls give me some solution for this suffering....im getting fever also on regular intervals.....
Severe headache after cold is usually due to sinusitis in which the sinuses get congested or have fluid or pus into it. This can best be diagnosed and treated as follows: * CT scan alone can diagnose the exact cause whether in sinuses or in head * Consult an ENT surgeon for proper clinical evaluation, examination and investigations * You will be started an an antibiotic, decongestant and an anti-inflammatory medicines Use Otrivin like decongestant nasal drops and take steam inhalation. Take bed rest and plenty of oral fluids.
