Suggest Treatment For Headache Along With Dizziness And Pain In Arms

Hi I am suffering with headaches the last two months that stay for days and will not go away with pain killers I ve also being experiencing dizziness and pins and needles in my arms and feet which happens every day, my left leg also went completely dead the other day for no reason what so ever

I would suggest to get your blood pressure and heart to exclude or find that cause, followed by specific treatment by expert cardiologist.
