hello sir ,I am banti ghosh 21 years old from west bengal,my health problem is sometimes my headache and my body is looking without blood.my prolactin result almost 290 .so my gyno doctor suggest me to visit endocrinologist immediate .so i am request you to best suggest for my treatment. Than.k you

Hi, headache , anemia and raised serum prolactin may be due to hyperprolactenemia . Causes are 1. Physiologic - pregnancy, lactation.stress,sucking by infant
2. Pathologic - pituitary adenoma ,head injury, brain surgery
Drugs-antipsychotics , methyldopa, estrogen

I advise you to do MRI brain and follow up with endocrinologist .
