Hi my name is John Paul for the past few days i ve been had very bad headache and pain in my right arm and the whole right side and i also have very bad diarea and feel very dizzy my temperature is 38.7 I went to bed yesterday afternoon on the 5th I just woke about an hour ago

Hello,

It may be due to several causes.

For pain you can take tablet acetaminophen.

Continue physical therapy.

Avoid strenuous activity.

Watch for symptoms fever, rashes, sore throat...

Keep your self hydrated
