Suggest Treatment For Headache And Black Dots In Vision

i'm not feeling well lately. i'm getting headaches evey day for a month now. they're usually situated around the right eye, but sometimes at back of head. i see several black dots in my vision around half an hour befir i get a headache. i have small astigmatism but reading glasses don't help with symptons. also i have nausea early in the morning and as i go to bed. lastly i feel my left arm numb or tingling sometimes. female, age 20
