Suggest Treatment For Headache And Blurred Vision After Hitting Head

My 10 year old daughter banged the front of her head on ice while skiing 8 days ago. She was wearing a helmet but still got a bump on her forehead. We immediately went to the ER and the Dr. said she may have a mild concussion. She has had a mild headache on and off since. Yesterday she was complaining of blurriness. Will this improve over time or do you think she will need glasses permanently
