Hi.

I had gone through your query.

headache is prime symptoms in fibromylegia and insomnia.

Psychological stress can lead to headache and insomnia.

Blurred vision require investigation like refractory error with fundus examinations.

Ct scan/ MRI will be further advisable if needed.

Treatment of fibromylegia by TCA(Amitryptiline and imipramine) and insomnia by benzodiazapine can help to reduce headache.

Analgesic can help to reduce it as and when require.

Go for proper psychological evaluation.

Consult psychiatrist and neurologist for further assistance.
I hope i have answered your query.

Thank you.
