Suggest Treatment For Headache And Cold
so I think I might have a cold can a cold aslo make you have a really bad head ache and make you look a little pale and make you have both a runny/stuffy nose and a soar throat like the burningness at the same time I have felt this way these past couple days

Your symptoms can be due to upper respiratory tract infection, also known as common cold and the symptoms of a headache, sore throat, nasal congestion or stuffy nose and runny nose are all due to cold.
As it is a viral infection it will not resolve once the virus will complete its cycle in the human body. You can once consult an Emergency room and get a clinical examination done for confirmation.
As of now, you can start with supportive treatment to relieve the symptoms like gargle with a warm saline solution that is by mixing 1 teaspoon salt in a glass of water and warm it to make a lukewarm solution.
Take a combination of decongestant like Phenylephrine, mucolytic like Ambroxol or Bromohexine and anti-allergic Levocetirizine and another combination of Acetaminophen and Ibuprofen.
Do steam inhalations. Avoid spicy and chilled foods. Sip on warm water throughout the day. Take sufficient rest and do not exert.
