Suggest Treatment For Headache And Constipation

I m 28 male. Went to work feeling fine at 8 am. Was using bathroom & felt headache start at 930. Was a little constipated & pushed harder than usual. Headache got worse, accompanied by dizziness, shortness of breath, & nausea, feeling like I could pass out. Left work for home to sleep at 10. Vomited though I had eaten nothing. Was very pale with dark bags under eyes. Took temperature several times: 96.7, 96.3, 96.0. Usually have lower than average temp but not so low. Headache was in front, top part of head. Also behind right eye. Slept few hours & feeling better except still slight headache. I was worried about aneurysm from bowel movement. Was told by friend sounds like migraine. Never had that before. Any info is greatly appreciated.

As in constipation due to to gastric trouble there might be headache.
As a general physician i would like to advice you some check up for blood pressure. Visual defect , and for your bowel habits.
For instant relief you can take paracrtamol or nsaids.

As you rightly said, that sounds like a migraine attack but there are other possible causes of this kind of headache which need to be ruled out. In my opinion, I would advise you consult a GP for proper assessment which may include blood pressure control, a thorough physical examination and some tests.
