Suggest Treatment For Headache And Dark Marks On Inner Corners Of Eyes

I've had a painfully sore neck for around 7 days, but over the past two days the pain has significantly reduced. During the 7 days, there were 3 days where I also had a fever that stayed at an almost constant 102. The fever has since subsided, but I am now left with a headache and two dark marks on the inner corners of my eyes that look like black eyes.
