Suggest Treatment For Headache And Dizziness

Hi, today I got elbowed at the top of my nose during a soccer game. I continued to play on but went out because started to feel light headed and dizzy. I ended up playing again for 45 min straight feeling a lot better but after the game my head is killing me and I keep feeling dizzy.

Hi.

I had gone through your query.

Dizziness and headache may be due to your past injury.

But dizziness and headache has multiple causes.
proper neurological work up is necessary to reach appropriate cause for that.

Routine blood screening/Blood pressure/physical and neurological examinations/Ct scan/MRI will be useful for diagnosis.

So consult neurophysician for further help.

Glad to help to further.
Get well soon.
Thank you.
