Suggest Treatment For Headache And Dizziness
I have had dizziness for over a week. Doctor said its sinus infection that is not draining I have been using Ayr spray but so far it has still not drained it s worse when I lie down No other symptoms except headache a steroid helped but it is wearing off

Your clinical history is suggestive of chronic rhino sinusitis .
I would advice you
Steam Inhalation twice daily,
Saline nasal spray thrice daily ,
anti inflammatory Ibuprofen &
Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Montelukast combination .
You will also need to take full course of antibiotic for sinusitis .
