Suggest Treatment For Headache And Fatigue While On Nifedical XL

Thank You yes, I am on Nifedical X30 and feel awful in the nigh time weak and unstable don t sleep well and in the mornings it takes a little time where I feel ok and up to par, my face is broken out on both sides of my face, have some headaches tired and weakness and the urge to urinate more, I have had some change in vision, but my pressure is keeping in stable numbers. Is there a blood pressure med that can keep my numbers and not wipe me out at night so much.?

The Nifedical XL consists of Nifedipine (a calcium channel blocker) used for variety of conditions, which is high BP in your case. There are documented side effects of nifedipine which include nausea, headache, dizziness, constipation and others. As you are experiencing the many of above, I would recommend to discontinue the medication, report the issue to your treating doc for further molecule changes and prescription guidelines.
