Suggest Treatment For Headache And Fatigue While Suffering From Brain Lesions

I have recently had an Mri which showed 9 lesions on hte left and eight on the frontal area of the brain. For 6 months I have been having digestive problems which GI has ruled out everything. I have lost 32 pounds and also have headches visual changes,numbness to both hands while holding objects, fatigue, effort to swallow abnormal sensations throughout my body, chest pains(cardiac has been ruled out
