Hello and welcome to HCM,
Headache is symptom which can occur due to many causes.
Increased intracranial pressure is a common factor which leads to
constant headache which is not relived by common painkillers.
Thus, I suggest you to consult your physician for clinical examination and estimation of cerebro-spinal fluid (CSF) pressure if required.
In case the headache is due to raised intracranial pressure, the cause for it has to be found out and thus management.
Besides increased intracranial pressure,
cluster headache is another entity which causes intense headache without any precipitating cause.
Migraine is another entity which cause
severe headache, however, it is accompanied by an aura.
Clinical examination is necessary to make a diagnosis and thus start the treatment.
Thanks and take care
