well for almost a week now i've been experiencing headaches and i feel like the groung is shaking when i'm walking and when i'm laying on my bed it feels like it's shaking also eventhough there's no earthquake at the time and my head feels like it's shaking when i'm lying down, sitting down, standing up, when i'm walking, when i rest my head on my hand, and when my head's hanging upside down when i'm trying to get something from underneath my bed. my hands don't seem like it's shaky at all, my voice is still normal, and i still write normal too.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Headache is symptom which can occur due to many causes.
Increased intracranial pressure is a common factor which leads to constant headache which is not relived by common painkillers.
Thus, I suggest you to consult your physician for clinical examination and estimation of cerebro-spinal fluid (CSF) pressure if required.
In case the headache is due to raised intracranial pressure, the cause for it has to be found out and thus management.
Besides increased intracranial pressure, cluster headache is another entity which causes intense headache without any precipitating cause.
Migraine is another entity which cause severe headache, however, it is accompanied by an aura.
Clinical examination is necessary to make a diagnosis and thus start the treatment.

Thanks and take care
