Suggest Treatment For Headache And Heaviness In Eyes

I m 37 years old male I ve got a severe headache kidney extremely painful also my lower back feels like vomiting shivering can t eat properly use plenty of water and loosing wait drastically, it s being 6 days now I went to my works clinic and they gave me Panado and Brufen which was only for 2days I m panicking now what should I do cos my eyes are also heavy for me even if I try to avoid sufficient light

Thank you for your question and welcome to Health Care Magic. I read your query and I understand your concern and the anguish that you are having.

If you are having pain while peeing, then it is possible that you have a Urinary Tract Infection. If there is pain in the kidney, then it is possible that you have a kidney stone. In case of a kidney stone, I would not recommend that you take painkillers right away.

Not having any pain will cause you not to contract the ureters and this will prevent the stone from being passed. Please provide a better description of the pain so that I can confirm the cause.
