Hello,
Sinus headache or vestibular neuronitis may present like aggravated on head bending. Migraine headache also increases sensitivity to light or smell. May be any bad smell triggering a head ache please check it out. Use tablet tramadol twice a day for five days. if no improvement please consult with your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
