Suggest Treatment For Headache And Light Sensitivity

I m having episodes of debilitating motion sickness, headache and light sensitivity that comes and goes. I had my worst episode last summer with all of the above plus balance issues. I had an MRI at that time because the neurologist wanted to rule out a stroke and it was negative and so it was marked up to a virus that effected my labyrinth. I m 58 years old in good health with only celiac. Could this be a form of migraine? What else could it be?

Neurologist 's  Response
Hi,

Since MRI of the brain has ruled out structural brain disease, Migraine is indeed the most likely possibility here. A trial of anti-migraine medicines may be considered.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ajay Panwar,
Neurologist
