Suggest Treatment For Headache And Nausea After Coming Off Pill

i've been on the depo shot for about two and a half years and about 4-5 months ago i stopped getting it. about 3 weeks ago i spotted for a few days and about two weeks ago my breast been hurting really bad, i get bad headaches,backaches,nausea,vomitting, i'm tired all the time and i also have blue veins running through my breast. can you help me?
