Suggest Treatment For Headache And Numbness On Right Side Of Face

Hello, the right side of my face has been numb since Tuesday, I also have a terrible headache, Ive been seen at the ER and had an MRI. It was negative and I was discharged. I was prescribed meds for the pain but its not working at all. What could this be and what should I do?
