Suggest Treatment For Headache And Pain In Temple/upper Jaw

I was in the bathroom this morning and have a glass cabinet over the sink. I bent down to put something away and stood up quickly hitting my head on the sharp corner of one of the doors. It instantly hurt and I got an awful head ache straight away. The headache has been here all day and I feel tired and abit spaced out. There is a small lump/cut where I hit it and when I touch it s agony and the pain has spread to my temple, under my eye socket and my upper jaw. I m concerned but not sure I should bother a doctor with this. Please any advice great fully received.
