Suggest Treatment For Headache And Painful Lump In The Back Of The Neck

I ve had a persistent headache for 5 days now.its seems to be caused from an area in the back of my neck. I found a lump on the left side approx 1 inch from my cspine, 1 inch down from my hairline and about 2 inches from my left ear. It sends a shorting pain to my head when its pressed on. Can u help?

Consult a neurosergery doctor...you may undergo CT to your back and biopsy to know what is this lump..mean while..take analgesic to relieve you
