Suggest Treatment For Headache And Swelling Of Temple Area

hi doc, my hubby got severe headache so he took panadol extra still no relief so he massaged on the forehead with balm. now afer few hours he noticed that the temples have turned red & bit swelled up it is painful also pl suggest . thanks
