Understanding your concern. As per your query headache and tingling sensation in the head is mainly because of facial nerve inflammation or impingement. The symptoms can also occur due to migraine . Facial nerve supplies to area around neck, jaw, cheek and head. I would suggest you to visit oral surgeon once and get it examined. Go for mouth stretching exercises. Try to whistle and blow out and blow in. Take for muscle relaxants to lower down facial swelling and weakness. Your symptoms will resolve its own. If it is really painful then you to go for steroidal injection in trigeminal ganglion from where this nerve arises. Also consult neurologist for migraine and nerve problem .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
