Suggest Treatment For Headache And Upper Back Pain Post Injury From A Fall

hi, I fell yesterday off a swing that tipped upside down and dropped me from 6 ft up, straight onto my back. I m bruised on my tailbone, but hurt a lot in the thoracic area and up, including my neck. Have headache despite taking Aleve for 24 hours. Any advice? I fell quite straight onto my back.... should I wait to see a Dr., to see if it all settles down? Or go sooner?

Hi,

If fall was not on head, we need not worry now. Just continue analgesic for 72 hours. If not improving by then, see your doctor for evaluation.
