Suggest Treatment For Headache And Upset Stomach

Initialy it start with headache...and the next day if i had something..my stomach will upset. And i will be gng to rest room. Contunius for 5 days After that went to hospital and gave me antibiotic medicin. After having that ibam getting black stool. Tiredness mouth teast less. I am total...panic with my life

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to gastritis.

I recommend using Acetaminophen for a headache.

I also recommend using daily antacids to lower the acidity in the stomach.
