Suggest Treatment For Headache, Back Pain And Neck Stiffness

Hi. I am an 18 year old female. For many years I have suffered from back pain and neck stiffness. Lately, both have become worsened by a headache that I have been getting daily at about the same time each day. It is a sudden headache that feels like a constant pressure on my whole head. Since the headaches have started, I have also noted an increase in green pigmentation in my stools. Are these symptoms related and should I be worried about them?
