Suggest Treatment For Headache Caused By A Head Injury

Hi, I hit my head last night about mid night, I ve had a slight head ache most of the day and I ve slept which has helped. And now about 8pm I ve started to feel really sick, I haven t been sick. My neck is also sore.. What s the best thing to do ? I ve had paracetamol which has helped the headache

dear,
welcome to HCM.
since there is an accident to head, although not serious but we need to rule out possibility of any overt injury to head. Therefore I would suggest to get a CT head done.
Associated pain and soreness of neck suggest an impact to these structures as well. Besides paracetamol a consultation to local surgeon is must.
