Suggest Treatment For Headache, Dizziness And Ear Pain

Hi, recently, I woke up with the worst headache of my life which spread to my ears, I was very weak,dizzy,tired and shaky and later it spread to my chest and stomachs lately, I have been constantly shaking and had frequent bad headache I am a type one diabetic with a under active thyroid.

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of headache, dizziness and ear pain. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like allergic reaction , ear canal dermatitis , otitis media and foreign body entrapment. Sometimes injury due to Q-tip can also cause such symptoms , in which tympanoplasty can be recommended. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist again as your are experiencing hearing loss and humming noise that is tinnitus . Doctor will examine with otoscope and order CT scan . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics ( gentamicin ) , anti histamine and supplement like ginkgo biloba . For now take benadryl twice a day a, keep your ear dry and apply warm compresses to external ear .
