Suggest Treatment For Headache, Dizziness And Neck Pain

I have been feeling bad for 4 days. Started out nauseated with severe headache, frontal sinuses hurt, back of head hurt, neck was killing me. Then I got dizzy. Yesterday I had hard time with balance and feel light chested with vertigo and severe headache. Have electrical like pulses in fingers causing them to reflex and then tingling and numb and hands keep getting extremely cold. I m still that way today. I haven t gone to ER cause its Halloween and I don t want to sit there forever. What could it be and do I need to go to ER?

Hello,

You may be suffering from cervical spondylosis with lehrmitts phenomenon with sinusitis with BPPV. I just mentioned possible causes but it may with examination doctor.

Get it done cervical X-ray ap and lateral view. X-ray paranasal sinuses. wear a cervical soft collar. Use tablet Vertin thrice a day for five days.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
