Suggest Treatment For Headache Due To A Fall

Hi I hit the top of my head on a scaffold pole approximately 7weeks ago, it caused me to fall to the ground. Since then I have suffered with intermittent headaches on one side of may head, it feels like a pressurised ache. What would you recommend please?

Hello dear,
I understand your concern. You apparently had a mild head injury due to the said accident(atleast clinically mild,as it was not apparently associated with loss of consciousness).Post traumatic headache is a very common entity after head injury.Medicines like 'amitriptyline' may help. Please visit a physician so that he examines you well and get a brain imaging(like computerised tomographic or CT scan) done if he feels the need for the same.I hope it helps.
