Suggest Treatment For Headache Due To Bilateral Maxillary Sinusitis

i ws suffering 4m headache my doctor suspect it migrain i ws on antibiotic treatment 4 several months nd den d problem ws same nd den before two months aftr taking x-ray bilateral maxillary sinusitis ws found nd he giving me antibiotic still problem is same nw he is telling me 2 concern specialist... wht shld i do?

I don't think u need to consult ophthalmologist.
maxillary sinusitis is initially treated with antibiotics.
to evaluate completely u need CT SCAN of PARANASAL SINUS.
if not relieved with antibiotics , u may need surgery called FESS( functional endoscopic sinus surgery )
preferred antibiotic is AUGMENTIN ( amoxicillin plus clavulonate )
