Suggest Treatment For Headache Due To Loud Noises

My name is Stephanie I am 39. Wt. 215 Ht. 5'7" 2 yrs ago I had a shunt placed in my head developed an infection after surgery and lost my short term memory for the first year.Bright light and loud noise also came with this. Bright light to date pain is gone But loud noise or Voices SEVERELY hurt my head!!!! Is there medication that would help me so I can be a normal 39 years old mom?
