Suggest Treatment For Headache During Pregnancy

Hi, I am 9 wks pregnant. I developed a headache yesterday and usually when I go to bed at night the headache goes away by the morning. Well, I woke up with the headache unfortunately. I felt a little dizzy, so I went and took a blood pressure reading and my blood pressure is at 70/30. I know this is super low. I ate some toast, drank milk, and had a glass of water with my prenatal vitamins. I am feeling slightly better, should I still be concerned and possibly call my md?

Hi,
70/30 is really low and alarming. You should go back to your consultant obstetrician and get yourself thoroughly checked. Have plenty of fluids too. Keep yourself hydrated. At the later stages of pregnancy the dizziness might increase due to the enlarging uterus puts pressure on main vessels which bring back blood from the legs. But at this stage i.e. 9 weeks such things rarely happen.
