Suggest Treatment For Headache, Eye Redness And Constant Ringing In The Ears

hi doctor, this thing I vebeen experiencing for more than 3 months now.It started with headaches that went away when I took my migraine med.After a week of this headaches,one morning I woke up with my left eye super red.After a few days,the popping sound started and it was not that frequent and it was just a pop or two and would usually happen when I m getting up.From this few episodes,the popping sounds became more frequent and right now has started making me so scared and very worried.Even when I m in bed,the popping soundgo on and on.Help me pls.I want to go to the emergency room already.

Hello,

You are suffering from constant ringing in the ear associated with headache and eye redness. You have history of migraine, it is observed that patients get worse tinnitus(ringing in the ears) when they get migraine attacks and hence, headache. You are suggested to take sumatriptan to get relieve from migraine so that other discomfort is not triggered.

You can apply ITone eye drops or Ciplox eye drops (2-3 drops twice daily) for relieve from redness in your eyes. Get clinically examined by an ENT for your ears, to detect partial or complete hearing impairment. You will accordingly be given conservative treatment, hearing aid or will be suggested surgery if required. Get audiology test done. Stay away from addictions if any, avoid noisy places and stay away from addictions if any.
