Suggest Treatment For Headache, Fatigue And Chest Pain

My symptoms are as follows, short breath, tight chest, headaches, tiredness. I had pains running through my chest yesterday and the first aider at work put it down to a panic attack, which I do suffer from, I felt a little better after I had eaten something but I was very weak and tired afterwards. Today I have just felt weak and I have not had a lot of pain my chest but it does feel tight and short breath

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, all of the symptoms given here could be due to some dyspepsia and it may be associated with hyperacidity if I would be doctor of this case then I would treat this case with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Domperidone 30 mg once in day, it is advisable to get done EKG and other routine test for safe side else it is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
