Suggest Treatment For Headache, Fatigue And Dizziness Caused After Head Injury

over a week ago I was hit numerous times on the head with a hammer,and pushed over an embankment into a rocky creek hitting my head on the rocks.i am a chronic pain patient unmedicated my pain disappeared except in my head,.headaches,light noise sensitivity,quick fatique,memory lapses,completely contracted pupils,dizzy or drowsy.hot then cold.erratic moods.crying,anger

Hi Dear ,

As per your query you have headache , faatigue and dizziness , which is caused by head injury . Well it is very common to have symptoms like headache , dizziness and fatigue after head injury . There can be may reasons for this like bleeding in ear , fracture in wall of ear , change in composition of fluid and alteration in structure of ear .This usually cause Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV) or Meniere's disease . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper diagnosis . Doctor may order certain tests like fistula test , , electronystagmography , CT scan and MRI . Doctor may prescribe anti emetic drugs , anti inflammatory , multivitamin supplement or may recommend changes in life style, and possibly physical therapy. Occasionally, surgery may be recommended .
