Suggest Treatment For Headache, Fatigue And Night Sweats
My daughter is18 , she has had a headache everyday all day for over 3 years. She also has severe fatigue,memory fog, night sweats and has been diagnosed with POTS. Was just at eye Dr. And was told she has swelling at optical nerve and papilloma . Been to numerous Dr.s with no relief of symptoms

The symptoms suggestive of a cluster headache.
As the first line of management, you can take analgesics like Aceclofenac or Tramadol for pain relief.
If symptoms persist you can consult a neurologist and plan for an MRI scan.
