Suggest Treatment For Headache, Fatigue And Vomiting

I m 34 year old Man and, have recently had an episode, where I had a bad head ache and , lost all color, weak, trembling, felt like i was going to vomit but i didn t. My family is worried. I have these spells from time to time. any ideas on what is going on with me?

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such headache could be due to migraine but it can not be taken as granted until and unless other possibilities being ruled out and for that it is advisable to get done the CT of brain, but it seems to be migraine only it is the functional kind of disease and just try to come out of the stress, hope this information helps.
