Suggest Treatment For Headache & Migraine

i have a six year old son who suffers with migrain headaches for the past year they make him sick and delierious i have blood test ran and they were normal and a ct scan that was normal the doctor said it was just migrains and to watch and see if there is something he is eating or doing to triger them is there anything else to look for that might not be migrains or am i woring to much?
