Suggest Treatment For Headache, Nausea, Back Pain, Constipation And Tender Breast

I have been dealing with constipation for a while I was given sample mess it worked after about 3months I had a prescription for same med and now it s not working ....I was taking Otc meds until I filled the prescription and one of my breast is tender now I have headaches nausea and back pain sometimes

Hello,

* The headache, nausea, back pain, constipation and tender breast can be related to various issues as hormone imbalance with GI dysfunction most likely.

My guidelines at present

- capsule omeprazole on empty stomach with sips of water

- prefer bland, vegan diet

- avoid all spices

- tablet paracetamol 3 times a day after meals

- local application of diclofenac spray or ointment over back

- fiber in form of Ispaghula or Psyllium husk with plenty of liquids

- evening prime rose oil for breast pain

* Consult your doc for further work up of the underlying cause and management guidelines accordingly.
