Suggest Treatment For Headache, Runny Nose And Eye Pain After Inserting A Mirena IUD

Hi. My name is XXXX I ve just got the mirena put in after I ve gave birth to my son. It s been 2 months since I had it in my period has not stopped it light but frequent. And about 2 days ago came down with the flu like symptoms. Runny nose, headaches, pain in my eyes. But for the past two days there was one symptom that kept getting worse I ve haven t been able to stand straight up cause my pelvic area hurts so much. Can t lift my legs both sides are in pain. Please help me need to know what s going on.

Hello,

It may be due to chronic sinusitis.

For that you may require antibiotics tab levocetrizine and tab acetaminophen.

Continue steam inhalation and Betadine gargle twice a day.

In case of fever you may require antibiotics after physician consultation.
