Suggest Treatment For Headache, Sinus Allergy And Stuffy Nose

Hi! My fiance is 36 has been having headaches when he wakes up and pressure on his left side more than the right. He has sinus and allergies but none of the meds are helping. He was told he may have a blockage in his nasal passage. So he bought flonase and has used it for 3 days and he isn t having any drainage. Not even to blow his nose. What is wrong? Please help me.

Hello,

I think the headache is related to sinusitis. Rinse nose with saline water before using Flonase. Use antihistamines such citerizine or benadryl for possible allergy. If you still don't feel good you may need antibiotics.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka
