Suggest Treatment For Headache, Sore Throat And Chest Congestion
Started with a pressure headache yesterday. Now I have a sore throat, fullness in my ears and slightly congested in my upper chest. No fever but I do feel achy in my joints. Had some sneezing but not a runny nose or itchy watery eyes. Taking Allegra DM which relieved the pressure but nothing else.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of headache, sore throat and chest congestion , well these symptoms are due to sinusitis and upper respiratory tract infection. The symptoms are also indication condition like sinusitis . It seems to be due to poor immunity of body. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to do warm saline gargles 2-3 times a day. You should take steam inhalation twice a day. Take paracetamol for fever and headache. You should avoid intake of outside food and cold carbonated beverages. Taking steam will be highly beneficial. Consult ENT specialist for proper diagnosis. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics amoxiclav at least for 10 days along with decongestant. Maintain proper hygiene. Drink plenty of water and liquids. Take tepid sponging if it is severe headache.Doctor may order test like swab test , blood test , and proper history to rule out condition like acid reflux and strep throat. Take diet with mineral and vitamins to boost the immunity. Maintain proper hygiene and drink plenty of fluids.
