Suggest Treatment For Headache, Upper Abdominal Pain And Cold

I am getting over a cold for the past 2 weeks. I took zpak and levofloxacin. Tonight was my last levofloxacin. I still cannot smell, but I can breathe thru my nose, a have a constant dull headache for the past 2 wks and Sunday I had severe pain in upper right abdomen, now the pain is just a dull ache, I am burping alot today. Abdomen is tender to touch under my ribs on both sides, but especially on right side. Chest xray was normal. Sonogram next week for gall bladder. Something is wrong but I am not sure. I would like another opinion as to what you think. Thank you

you can take paracetamol 650 mg tid for a week for head ache. you can stop levofloxacillin.you take pantaprazole 40 mg bd for 1 week. to stop abdominal pain due to gastritis.that will take care of every thing.
