Suggest Treatment For Headache While Having Sinusitis
I recently had sinusitis and tonsillitis, a week after I finished my medication, I have been having this bad headaches that mostly occur at the front of my head and at the back of my head, more so, my sputum is yellow-like and thick. At times, I get high fevers and general body weakness, this symptoms seem to get worse at night. Please help.

Your symptoms suggest sinus with infection & that is the cause of your headache.
You need ENT specialists to advise for physical examination, needful investigations followed by specific medication with antibiotic, antihistamines decongestant drug).
Along with other medicines. Inhalation with vapor &Vicks/karvol would help in brief from headache.
