Suggest Treatment For Headache With Pain In The Ear

Hi I m having really bad migrain headaches with ear ache pain that comes and goes. The pain also is behind my eyes like cluster headaches. I ve told my dr but she says there s no ear infection and told me to do a nasal spray that might help if I have inner congestion. Well no luck I m still getting the bad headaches
