Suggest Treatment For Headache

Hi I had a bit of a headach at the top part of my head up entering the shower I started to feel dizzy and disoriented thought I was going to pass out I managed to sitting down and starting heaving to throw up. I turn chalk white and it was all I could do to get to my bed I fell asleep for a hour woke up and felt better but very tired and had numbness down my left arm into my hand upon waking up but no other symptoms . Can you tell me what u may think this could be
