Suggest Treatment For Headache

I have had a bad headache for 3 days now. its in the temple area of my head. I checked my Blood pressure and its 157/82.. should I contact my doctor or just take something for it.. I have been taking Ibuprofen for twice a day but it keeps coming back.. every morning

Lifestyle Modifications :
- Do regular exercises  & be stress free
- Healthy diet with salt restriction
- Avoid smoking, alcohol & fatty diet.
- Consult your doctor for antihypertensive medications ( Amlodipine)
- Eye examination by an ophthalmologist is needed.
- Take Analgesics like Naproxen + Triptans.
