Suggest Treatment For Headache

Hi, my cousin is having terrible headaches. The pain is unbearable and the headaches have been persistent since ten days. All the reports have come out to be normal. Even the MRI and CT scan have detected nothing. What could be the reason for these headaches?

Hi,

According to your complain you have problem of severe headache that may be because of tension headache or migraine. Mention a intensity and duration of pain with aggravating factor.

Detail history and physical examination give exact idea about problems. Eye or ear or TMJ problem lead to referred pain at head area. Sinusitis may ruled out. Lack of sleep or low blood sugar level also cause headache problem. Cluster headache cause one side severe pain around a eye. Consult a neurologist for further diagnosis.

I hope my guidance is helpful to you. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Rachana Goswami
